Peer Navigators Training Needs Assessment Survey

You are invited to participate in this survey which gathers insights from community leaders, healthcare professionals, and peer navigators to identify the specific needs, challenges, and preferences in providing culturally safe and stigma-free services for HIV, Hepatitis C, and sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

Your feedback will directly inform the development of educational materials for our peer navigators.

This survey is part of an ongoing project funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and led by Stella and Jean from the Afro-Canadian Positive Network of BC.

Your participation in this survey is entirely voluntary. You have the right to refuse to participate, and if you do decide to take part, you can withdraw at any time without any negative consequences. You may also skip any questions that make you feel uncomfortable.

The survey is designed to take no more than 10 minutes to complete. There is no expected risk or harm in participating, and you may find the process engaging or informative.

All responses are confidential. Your survey answers will not be connected to any identifying information. The results will be reported in a combined form, ensuring that individual participants cannot be identified.
